Accessibility statement.

Care should be reachable by everyone — and so should the website that leads to it. Here's what we do, and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment

Foundations Wellness Care wants every visitor — including people who use assistive technology — to be able to read our content, contact us, and book care without barriers. Accessibility is part of how this site is built and maintained, not an afterthought.

The standard we aim for

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We review the site against these guidelines as we design and update it.

What we've built in

  • Semantic headings and landmarks, so screen readers can navigate page structure.
  • A "skip to content" link and full keyboard operability.
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG AA on every surface of the design system.
  • Reduced-motion support: animations are disabled when your device asks for less motion.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Forms with visible labels and clear error messages.

Known limitations

Some third-party features — such as the embedded scheduling widget and hosted videos — are built by outside providers and may not fully meet the same standard. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we'll help you complete the task another way, such as booking by phone.

Tell us when something doesn't work

If any part of this site is hard to use with your assistive technology, we genuinely want to know. Email hello@foundationswellnesscare.com or call the office and describe the page and the problem — we'll respond within two business days and work to fix it.

Visiting our office

If you need accommodations for an in-person visit, call ahead and we'll make arrangements before you arrive.
