Board-certified neurologist and functional medicine physician with over 25 years of experience, specializing in complex chronic illness with a focus on neurological manifestations of autoimmune disease, chronic inflammation, and other unresolved conditions.

Dr. Contractor combines traditional neurology with functional medicine to uncover root causes often missed in conventional care. She creates personalized treatment plans that go beyond symptom management to support long-term healing and optimize neurological health.

Dr. Contractor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, board-certified in Neurology since 2004, and certified in Headache Medicine through the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties, a member board of the American Board of Medical Specialties, since 2014. She is also in the process of completing certification training in functional medicine with the Kharrazian Institute.

Dr. Contractor believes patients deserve more than a diagnosis; they deserve a roadmap to healing. She is committed to helping those who have felt unheard, bringing both clinical expertise and a compassionate, patient-centered approach aligned with the mission of Foundations Wellness.

Family Nurse Practitioner with 27 years of diverse nursing experience, including bedside care, ICU, orthopedic surgery, OR nursing, same-day surgery, IV therapy, and travel nursing.

Erin began to see the limitations of conventional medicine and shifted to holistic wellness following her own health journey. Guided by the teachings of Barbara O’Neill, she helps patients address root causes and create the right conditions for true healing.

Erin’s passion for helping others began at 17 when she donated a kidney to her father. Today, she empowers patients to take an active role in their wellness journey, proving that healing is possible.

Trained for 4 years at the Uprooting Lyme Clinic in Hudson Valley NY, a hotbed of Lyme Disease. She is currently one of dozens of highly knowledgeable certified Uprooting Lyme practitioners nationwide.
